In order to grant a co-worker access to a clinic, you must first have access to that clinic yourself. If you do have access, you can delegate access to that clinic for a co-worker by selecting the 'Manage > Users' option from the top navigation menu.
Next, click the 'Edit' link of the user account you wish to modify.
Next, from the 'Clinic List' section of the page, check the names of the clinics for which this user should have access.
Finally, click the 'Save' button.
