If you have a new co-worker who needs access to the referral system, you can create a new account for them by following these steps.
Click the 'Manage > Users' link at the top of the page.
On the following page, click the 'Create New' link:
On the register page, provide the name, phone number, and email address of your co-worker. Also, select the roles you want them to have, as well as the clinics to which you want to grant them access.
When you're done, click the 'Register' button. After you do that, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified. Your co-worker will need to confirm the new account and set their password before they can login.
