In order to disable the account of a former co-worker, select the 'Manage > Users' option from the top navigation menu.
Next, click the 'Edit' link of the user account you wish to disable.
Next, click on the 'Lock Account' button.
Finally, you will be returned to the list of user accounts listed in your clinic. You should be able to see that the 'Lockout Date' has been set to a date and time in the past, which indicates they are locked out.
