Quick Start Instructions

Click on the HealthSheets tab above.
Select a topic or a letter of the alphabet from the appropriate drop-down box.
Scroll through the list of titles; click on the orange box for English, the blue box for Spanish.
Click on the purple Print button at the top of the sheet to print.
